Paint by numbers

Black, teal and purple
a splash of green
add a touch of white
and the spectrum is complete

Gliding, liquid silk
over hips and thighs.
Straps falling from shoulders
and bare collarbones, teasing.
Alluding to broken promises,
never intended to be kept

Before my eyes,
a rainforest scene in the dark,
of climbing vines
unmown grass and budding flowers.
A vibrant euphoria in polyester

  1. Niquee,

This is "Smoking Hot" writing at its best! I love the line "Gliding, liquid silk
over hips and thighs". You're a very talented writer and I really mean this. I cannot wait to read the rest of your poetry!
    Kind wishes,

  2. Hello it is BigmeLittleme from sparkpeople. I especially like this poem. You sustain an excellent use of imagery while still being able to maintain an essence of ambiguity. Excellent work here.
